Client 9561

We saw this client for a post abortive assessment.  She is 17 years old, obtained the pills online from plancpills.org, and took them on 2/24. She did not have an ultrasound prior to taking the pills. She had the right amount of bleeding but was still having a positive Pregnancy Test (PT). She came to us on 3/25. She reported to our RN that she wished she knew about Abortion Pill Reversal because she regretted it immediately after. RN did the PT and it was positive. Ultrasound showed significant retained products of conception. She was sent to the ER. She ended up having a D&C.
