"I didn't want to look." I'm not okay

A client shared that she had three past abortions—two surgical and then used the abortion pill for the most recent pregnancy. She described being at home alone and shared that it was a very difficult experience. For about 12 hours she had to keep getting up and going to her bathroom as she had cramping and then felt a gush each time she sat over the toilet. She said it would feel like she was passing something like a clot and then “the parts would come out." She said she didn't want to look so she just kept flushing. She is now pregnant again and said this decision feels much harder this time after her experience taking the pill for her last pregnancy.
