"I Lost my Mind"- I'm Not Okay

This client had two surgical abortions and her most recent pregnancy was terminated using the abortion pill (medical abortion). She shared that she felt like she wasn't told how painful it would be. She said she was told to expect period cramps & wear a pad, but what she felt like she was experiencing was more like contractions. She got into the bathtub to relieve the pain and that is when she passed everything. She said at that point she "lost her mind". She said she was so hysterical she was unable to remove it, so her boyfriend had to scoop up the baby from the tub and get rid of it. This is their fourth pregnancy together. Client shared that she and her partner both agreed immediately that they are keeping this pregnancy after how traumatic the last one was.
