"My Anxiety and Depression Got Worse" I'm not okay

A client shared she was 10 weeks pregnant with twins when she took the abortion pill. A follow up ultrasound revealed there was a twin left after taking the pill, so she had to have a suction abortion. While she acknowledged the factors that led to her decision, she admitted to some regret and worsened anxiety and depression.
