"Really Abnormal" Experience- I'm not okay

This client reported that she had a “really abnormal” abortion experience. She said she went in for the surgical procedure. They gave her medication to put in her mouth, and then she sat for a long time. She said that it was causing her to get very sick, having diarrhea. She just kept going to the bathroom and getting very sick. She said she tried getting the staff member’s attention, but they just told her to keep waiting and use the bathroom if she needed. She went to the bathroom and passed the fetus. She said she was expecting to have surgical abortion and not to have to see the whole baby in the toilet the way she did. She said she never wants to go through it again.
