Still Pregnant After Abortion Pill- I'm not okay.

Client found out she was pregnant and decided to have a medical abortion and was seen at a virtual appointment with Planned Parenthood. She said they never confirmed her pregnancy with an ultrasound but based the dating of the pregnancy on when she thought her last menstrual period was, she should have been about 9 weeks earlier. Everything was virtual, and they sent her the abortion pills in the mail. She remembers having some bleeding but not a lot. She said Planned Parenthood never followed up with her, so she assumed it worked. She said she was informed her period should return in 5-6 weeks, but she lost track of time and realized her period hadn’t yet returned to normal. She had some spotting but wasn’t sure. She also realized her breast never went down in size and her stomach started getting bigger, so she took a test at home which came back positive. Her ultrasound revealed she was 29 weeks pregnant. She was shocked to learn that she was still pregnant and this far along.
