"I could see fetal parts as I passed clots" I'm not okay

She had a pill abortion 5 years ago when she was 21. She said "they (abortion providers) were douchebags there because they didn't tell her she could take pain medication". She described the abortion as "a horrible experience" and she saw fetal parts when she passed clots. She said she was was not told that she would be able to see fetal parts. She said she was about 10 weeks along and she still has the ultrasound pictures from the one they did at the abortion clinic. She said this still makes her sad. She said they asked her if she wanted to listen to the heartbeat. She said she was in so much pain that she threw up and almost passed out and felt like she was overheating. She said that she saw parts of the baby such as where the eyes would have been and fingers. She said she loved the baby a lot.
